- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Long story short... They forgot to file our taxes and lost them... we had to come back in and the owner did them again and then finally filed. We were then audited and found out they filed our college credits wrong. We called and contacted them in person several times, with no help. They never returned calls and missed several deadlines for filing our amendment for the audit. Even though we purchased the audit coverage... no help has been completed. Now we have to pay another accountant to complete our taxes and amendment. They never answered the phone, so I had to drive back and forth from Independence to Dallas trying to track this guy down! WORST SERVICE EVER! The worst service has been with the owner.By Cody White, September 14, 2017
